Before activating the WEDOS Global add-on service, make sure that the domain uses our DNS servers. You can find instructions in the Domains - DNS Servers (NSSET) article.
You can activate WEDOS Global as an additional domain service as part of your order or additionally in the customer administration. Detailed instructions on how to activate additional services can be found in the article Services - Additional services.

When activated in this way, the system will automatically make these settings:
- change DNS records of type A and AAAA (for the main domain and subdomains falling under the * record);
- Basic Global system settings for the selected variant.
Settings are typically done within 30 minutes of activating the additional service or detecting a change of DNS servers to ours.
After the domain is set up or immediately after activating the additional service in the customer administration, the system adds the selected domain to the WEDOS Global ⧉ administration.
In the domain details, make sure the DNS settings are OK. If it is not, point the domain to WEDOS Protection in the customer administration, or set the correct DNS records manually.
