Parameter increase
A change in parameters may be accompanied by a short-term site outage.
In the customer administration you can increase the RAM/CPU parameter of your WMS. You can also change the ratio of site and database performance within a certain range.
The specific RAM/CPU setting values are:

To increase the parameters in the customer administration, follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select Hosting Services WMS from the top menu .
- In the list of services, select the WMS whose parameters you want to increase.
- Select Increase Variance in the left menu.
- Adjust the sliders to match the desired performance and its distribution between WEB and DB.
- Click the Change variant button.
Disk size changes and power allocation between the web and database are currently being made by the engineers. Requests for changes should be sent via the contact form ⧉.
The change will take effect within 1 hour.
