The data of the service provider is used to generate a Processing Agreement, which regulates the mutual rights and obligations between us as the service provider and you as the service administrator in the processing of personal data that we obtain in connection with the provision of the service.
You can change the operator in two ways: electronically (via email and SMS) or via a paper application with officially certified signatures.

Change of online operator
To change your online operator, you must meet the following conditions:
- Emails of both the original and the new operator are accessible.
- Both the original and new owner's phones have a European area code, are accessible and able to receive SMS with a verification code.
If you do not meet these conditions, or if the change of online operator fails for other reasons, please make the change using the form with officially certified signatures.
In the Confirmation method section, select Confirm the change by email and SMS to the original and new owner , and click Save.

Arrange for both the original and new operator to follow these steps:
- Open the Change Service Provider Details (Service Type, Name, and Service Number) email from hosting@wedos.com.
- Copy the password in the email.
- Click on the link in the email.
- On the page that opens, enter the passwords from your email and SMS.
- Check the consents and click Confirm Request.

Once both parties have completed this process, the system will generate and send a new processing contract within 1 hour.

The change of the operator shall be processed by the Authorization Department within 5 working days from the receipt of all documents.

Common problems
Common problems with changing service providers include:
Outdated phone number
Problem: The original operator listed a landline on the phone. How do I get a code to verify the phone?
Solution: If you do not have a way to have the SMS read, you must send the request via a form with certified signatures ⧉.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why didn't the new operator automatically receive their paper copy of the application?
The system sends the request only to the email address specified in the form. If you want to send the request to another person for confirmation, forward the email manually.
