Current status of services
The current status of services can be found on the Status service at wedos.status.online ⧉.
This service continuously monitors our services and updates you every 10 minutes about any traffic problems. If problems occur for which we do not have Status measurements set up, we add information here about their progress and resolution manually.
What is and how does Status work
On-line monitoring at wedos.status.online ⧉ not only monitors the currently running servers with all our services, but also provides up-to-date information about the functionality or non-functionality of individual domain name registries (which we use for registration), DNS servers, customer administration ⧉, WEDOS API, optical routes or protection such as DDoS, IDS/IPS and others.
Benefits of WEDOS Status:
- It's outside our infrastructure, so even if you can't get to us (due to the blockade towards us), you'll know what's going on.
- The service is completely independent of devices or third parties. It is a simple HTML page.
- We send data to the service automatically, semi-automatically (requires an active step of one of our employees to complete the information) and manually.
- You do not need to log in to the customer administration for basic information.
WEDOS Status is the fastest and easiest way to find out if all WEDOS services and systems are up and running. Because we can also send data manually to WEDOS Status, you can find information about planned downtime and other downstream systems, such as registry downtime.
Information about shutdowns
The most detailed information on the status of services can be found in the customer administration. On the page Outages, failures and changes ⧉ you will find a fully logged overview of all events that have happened or are scheduled. You can filter these events and click to get a more detailed description.

In the overview you will find:
- Name - Contains the server registration number + a brief description of the event
- Type - Category of change (outage, malfunction or change)
- Date - Date and time when the event occurs
- Duration - Estimated time of the event
In addition to the records in the customer administration, you will also receive an email or push notification from the technician in charge of the event type. You can change the details of sending events in the customer account settings.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I arrange my own Status solution?
Yes, in two ways:
- You can download Status data via API and process it in your own application:
https://wedos.status.online/cs/json/status.json - Monitor your services through wedos.online ⧉.
How can I monitor the Status service on an ongoing basis?
If you want to have a detailed overview of the status of your services, keep the Status ⧉ web page open in your web browser's bookmarks and set up an automatic refresh directly on the page (in the top right menu). Then just observe the icon of this tab: if the icon is green with a white pipe, then everything is fine and all WEDOS services and systems are functional, orange with an exclamation mark indicates a warning (for example, it may be an overloaded server). In case of a failure or fault, the bookmark icon will change to bright red with an exclamation mark.
How exactly do I set up the automatic renewal of Status?
Press the ↻ button to refresh the page once. For automatic refresh, expand the menu next to the button and check "refresh automatically".
