It is important to keep the service billing information up-to-date because the system not only sends billing documents to them, but also other communications, such as information about changes or service outages.

You can only change the billing information for payment documents that have not yet been processed by the system. We therefore recommend that you check the details thoroughly before making a payment, especially if there have been any changes since the last payment for services.

Each service has its own billing information. However, you can make the change in bulk for any number of services of the same type. Log in to the VEDOS customer administration and follow this procedure:

  1. In the navigation bar, select a service type, such as Domains.
  2. Tick all the services you want to update.
  3. At the bottom of the table, select Change customer details (billing details) and click the Make button.
  4. Fill in the current subscriber details, tick the consents and click Continue.
  5. Check the details and click Finish.

To update billing information for other services, such as Web Hosting, open the list of services of that type from the navigation bar and follow the same procedure as for domains.

Some important information:

  • If you have issued a payment request and you change the billing data, the system will cancel the existing request and issue a new one with the new data and especially the new variable symbol.
  • Once the system accepts payment and issues invoice documents, the data for these documents can no longer be changed!

Therefore, always keep your billing information up to date and check it thoroughly in the payment request email or in the attached PDF file before making payment.
