Administration - Email alerts

This guide covers setting up general email alerts within a customer account. To set up email alerts for service expirations, follow the instructions in Administration - Service expiration behavior.

In this article you will learn:


Email account alerts

Customer account email alerts inform you of:

  • login to your customer account;
  • the progress of service orders, payments and related accounting documents;
  • additional services before the extension of services;
  • breakdowns, shutdowns and changes;
  • drawing of discount coupons.

To turn these email notifications off or on, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
  2. Select My Account Customer from the top menu.
  3. From the left menu, select Account Security for login emails, or Basic settings for all other notifications.
  4. Check or uncheck the emails you (don't) want to receive and save your settings with the Save Changes button.

Newsletter

To enable or disable email newsletters, or to select topics, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
  2. Select My Account Customer from the top menu.
  3. In the left menu, select Email newsletter.
  4. Check or uncheck the selected email newsletter topics.
  5. Confirm your selections by clicking Save Changes.
