Forwarding from a mailbox
To forward emails from a Webhosting or WebSite mailbox, first open the mailbox settings using these steps:
- Log in to the Customer Administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Hosting Services Webhosting, Mailhosting, WMS, or WebSite.
- From the list, select the service whose mailbox you want to forward emails from.
- In the left menu, select Mailboxes.
- Click the magnifying glass button next to the name of the mailbox you want to forward.
Manage service mailboxes:

In the mailbox management interface, find the box Forwarding and enter up to 15 email addresses to forward the mail to (separate individual addresses with a semicolon).
If you tick the option Delete forwarded messages the system permanently deletes forwarded emails immediately after they are sent. Messages deleted this way cannot be restored.

Common problems
Common problems with email forwarding include:
Undelivered forwarded emails
Problem: Forwarded emails do not arrive in the destination mailbox.
Cause: The most common cause is an incorrect domain setup in DNS.
Solution: Check that your hosting has the domain’s MX records correctly pointed, and that messages are actually arriving in the mailbox you are forwarding from (for example, via the WebMailinterface). Also check the SPAM folder. If the emails are not there either, create an SPF record on the domain, or add WEDOS to the existing SPF record, following the guide Email – SPF Record.
