Databases are not part of the WMS web hosting service. You manage them separately according to the WMS - Databases instructions.

Setting up a new WMS web hosting
To run a website on WMS, you need to have at least one web host. The number of websites you can set up on WMS is limited only by available space and capacity.
Set up a new web host by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select Hosting Services WMS from the top menu.
- From the list of services, select the WMS on which you want to set up the new hosting.
- Click on New Web Hosting in the left menu.
- Enter the name of the web host and PHP version, or activate email services.
Activation of email services
If you have sufficient space for e-mails on your WMS that you have not yet distributed among other WMS web hosts, you can activate e-mail services and assign an individual e-mail quota to the newly established web host.

After clicking the Activate Email Services switch, you will see an indicator of the remaining email capacity and a slider to assign a specific number of GB to the newly established web host.
Deleting WMS web hosting
Deleting web hosting uses a trash system. Deleting a webhost first moves it to the trash, where it is deactivated but still contains data and can be restored at any time. Only from the recycle bin can you permanently delete the webhost including all files on it.
The web hosting data in the trash still takes up space on the web server and the mailboxes continue to receive emails.
We do not back up WMS service data from our side. Permanently deleted services cannot be restored from our side!
Webhosting placed in the trash blocks:
- access to domains, aliases, and subdomains directed to it from the Internet,
- setting up services with the same name (Webhosting, alias, WebSite, Mailhosting) at VEDOS,
- accesses to SFTP and e-mail boxes,
- CRON tasks.
To place your web hosting in the trash, follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select Hosting Services WMS from the top menu.
- From the list of services, select the WMS from which you want to delete the web host.
- Click on List of web hosts in the left menu.
- Click on the trash can icon to the left of the selected web host and confirm.
Restore and permanently delete web hosting from the trash
At the bottom of the list of web hosts you will find a basket from where you can webhost:
- refresh with the green icon ,
- permanently delete the red icon .
The Empty Trash button will irreversibly delete all web hosts that are in it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I delete web hosts directly without using the trash?
Unfortunately, it's a security measure. The fastest way to delete multiple web hosts is to empty the recycle bin.
