What do you want to do with your customer account?
New account
Visit the WEDOS account registration page ⧉.
Fill in the required data:
- The name and surname or company name is used to identify the account holder.
- The email is used to log in. We recommend using an address independent of your services, especially domains.
- The phone number is used to verify the customer in case of unavailability of e-mail.
- You can have the password generated randomly by clicking on the key icon .

Check consents and captcha.
Click the Submit button.
Verify the phone number.
Enter the six-digit code sent in the SMS message to the number provided in the registration.

After successful verification, click Continue.
Verify the email address of the customer account.
- Open the email with the subject User account registration from WEDOS (
wedos@wedos.com) sent to the address provided during registration. - Click on the link in the email
https://login.wedos.com/activate/...where ... is a unique authentication code.
Done! 🎉
Log in to your new account.
Forgotten password
Enter the e-mail address under which your account is registered and click the Submit button.

If you don't know this email, ask support for help. Please provide the name of at least one service that is in your account.
In the same browser from which you requested the password change, open the email with the subject Forgotten login details from WEDOS (wedos@wedos.com).
Click on the link https://login.wedos.com/newpwd-change.html?... where ... is a unique authentication code for changing the password.
Recovery via a link opened in a browser other than the one from which you requested the password reset will fail.
Fill in a new password. Use the key icon to generate a random one.
Write the new password in the check box.
Click Set Password.

Done! 🎉
You can now log in with a new password.
