Disk service tariffs
You can only change the variant for paid variants of Discs. WEDOS Disk Free(free for web hosting and VPS) cannot be changed or added to one larger space.
You can increase or decrease disk space to one of the options listed on the Disk product pages:
- 30 GB (up to 30 thousand files)
- 100 GB (up to 200 thousand files)
- Multiples of 1 TB (up to 3 million files/TB; maximum 3 TB)
We do not offer discs with individual parameters.
Change of variant
When switching to a lower variant (reducing disk space):
- Ensure that the occupied space is smaller than the available space of the new variant. The same limitation applies to the number of files and users.
- You can use the unused funds of the higher option to extend the service by a pro-rata amount. Please indicate your request for extension in your communication with technical support.
The increase in space will be carried out by a technician in the time available. The system will then issue an invoice with a due date of 7 days to pay the difference in price by the end of the current subscription period. If you have sufficient credit, the system will automatically debit the balance from your deposit account.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I increase the number of files or users individually?
Unfortunately, we do not support any individual tariff configurations (with the exception of space increases).
How do I upgrade to the Free Disc variant?
The free disk cannot be increased because it is tied to the service it was set up for. Create a new (paid) disk and move the data to it.
