Log in to the Customer Administration and visit the domain pointing link ⧉.

Select the domain you want to point to the hosting from the list.

In the table of DNS records, tick all records with the same name and type that the provider asks you to set.

If the service provider asks you to set A records and your domain has both A and AAAA records, delete both types.

Click the Smazat vybrané záznamy.

For each record of the other provider, click the New Recordbutton, fill in the form and click the Save Record.

Follow these rules:

  • Enter the record name without the domain name itself (the Name může být prázdné).
    • Delete the @ character from the record name.
    • From a subdomain name in the form, for example, www.domain.tld delete the domain name and keep only the subdomain (e.g. www).
  • Leave the TTL field empty.
  • Enter the type and data exactly as instructed by the provider.
    • Enter the data of MX records in the form X domain.tld, where X is the number that the provider specifies as the priority, and domain.tld is the address of the mail server.
