This article deals with forwarding emails from individual mailboxes. To redirect all emails to a domain, follow the Domains - Basic Redirection tutorial.
In this article you will read:
Redirect from mailbox
To redirect email from a web host or WebSite mailbox, first open the email settings by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- In the top menu, select Hosting Services Webhosting, Mailhosting, WMS, or WebSite.
- From the menu, select the service whose mailbox you want to forward the email to.
- In the left-hand menu, select Mailboxes.
- Click the magnifying glass button next to the name of the mailbox you want to redirect.
Manage mailboxes:

In the email management interface, locate the Forwarding box and set up to 15 email addresses where you want to forward mail (separate each address with a semicolon).
By checking the Delete forwarded messages option, the system permanently deletes forwarded emails immediately after sending. Messages deleted in this way cannot be recovered.

Common problems
Common problems with forwarding emails include:
Undelivered forwarded emails
Problem: Forwarded emails are not arriving in the destination mailbox.
Cause: The most common cause is a bad domain setting in DNS.
Solution: Check that you have the MX records of the domain correctly routed to the hosting, and that messages are actually arriving in the mailbox you are redirecting (for example, via the WebMail interface). Next, check your SPAM folder. If the emails are not there either, create an SPF record on the domain, or add WEDOS to an existing SPF record, following the instructions in Emails - SPF record.
