LowCost or Extra tariff activation
If you wish to change the Webhosting variant to LowCost or vice versa Extra (comparison of all variants can be found on the Webhosting comparison page ⧉), follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- From the top menu, select Hosting Services Webhosting.
- Select the service you want to change.
- In the Information table, under Web Hosting Option, click the Change link.
- In the additional services table, select the desired option and click the green + button in the left-hand row.
- In the details of the additional service, click Activate.

You can only change the variant before the expiry of the service. If you want to change it after this date, please request a change from customer support via the contact form ⧉. Please include the name of the service, the variant you want and a request to send a new invoice.
After activating the Extra option ⧉ the system will generate and send you an invoice the next day with a 7-day due date. You can try the Extra option free of charge for 7 days. If you deactivate the variant again within that time, the additional invoice will be cancelled.
After activating the LowCost ⧉ option, the cheaper price will only be reflected on the next call. If there is an outstanding call for payment for the service, after activating the LowCost option, the system will cancel the original call and issue a new call for the reduced amount within 1 working day. You can speed up the issuance of the call by manually extending the hosting period.
The Extra and LowCost variants are mutually exclusive. To activate one, you must first deactivate the other.
NoLimit tariff settings
The procedure for deactivating variants is the same as for activation. But in the table, instead of the + button, there is a magnifying glass icon and in the next step you click on the Deactivate button.
If you deactivate the LowCost extension, the system will issue a surcharge invoice for the difference between the price of the LowCost option and the standard NoLimit option for the remaining period of service. The system will notify you of this fact before confirming the deactivation.

Common problems
Common problems with changing web hosting options include:
- Cannot change tariff after service expiry
- Due to the size of the emails, you cannot downgrade from Extra to NoLimit
- Deactivation of the Extra tariff disabled HTTPS
Change of tariff after expiry of service
Problem: The service is just after expiration and does not allow me to change the variant according to these instructions. It says: To set the extension, the service must not be less than 0 days before expiration.

Cause: the system does not allow you to change the settings of additional web hosting services after the customer has expired.
Solution: contact customer support via form[form]. Please provide a request for a variant change according to the template:
I am requesting to change the web hosting tariff of (name of web hosting) to (name of tariff). Please send a new invoice.
Emails when downgrading from Extra to NoLimit
Problem: When I try to deactivate the Extra extension, I get the error message " Extra extension cannot be removed". The email space after removing the extension (5120 MB) is smaller than the current email size (XXXX MB). First, reduce the size of the emails.

Cause: the Extra extension includes, among other things, 5 GB of extra space for emails. To reduce your tariff, you must first ensure that the new service configuration has enough capacity for the current contents of your mailboxes.
The recalculation of mailbox capacity in the administration takes place approximately once every 14 days, so the system may not register a mailbox deletion immediately, for example. The capacity can be updated manually by customer support.
Solution: you can delete the emails or increase the capacity of your email inboxes by using the additional service in this guide. If the system does not reflect your modifications, ask customer support ⧉ to manually update the capacity of the emails. The normal turnaround time for an order is 1 hour + 1/2 hour for processing in the system.
Disabling HTTPS by deactivating the Extra tariff
Problem: After disabling the Extra plan, the web connection via HTTPS does not work.
Cause: the HTTPS connection is historically listed as an additional service that was previously part of the Extra package. For some services, the link between these services may not have been broken and disabling Extra will also disable the additional service for HTTPS.
Solution: Activate the HTTPS Support add-on service, or use the HTTPS Quick Setup.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the tariff change affect emails in my inbox?
Mostly no. The exception may be switching from the NoLimit Extra plan to a lower plan, where there is only 5 GB of space compared to the original 10 GB. In this case, the system will only allow the change if there are less than 5 GB of emails in your mailboxes, or you increase the mailboxes separately so that your mail will still fit in your mailboxes after the tariff change.
How much will I pay extra? Or will you give me something back?
If the tariff is increased, the system will issue a supplementary invoice within 1 working day, calculated until the end of the billing period of the service. We do not refund the overpayment when the tariff is reduced.
Why did the change of variants and the increase in price happen at all?
We want our NoLimit service to have the best price/performance ratio on the market, but at the same time keep up with the requirements of modern content management systems. We have increased the performance so that even the most demanding websites have no problem with it, and we have adjusted the price accordingly.
We have created the LowCost variant for customers who can optimize their website so much that the limited performance is sufficient.
