Contact form
The contact form is used to initiate email communication with support and other WEDOS departments.
Conversations initiated through the form are authorized, unlike regular email, and we will only accept requests for any changes to your orders or services based on such requests. For more information, please see Administration - Authorization of requests.
If you have a general query, you can send a message from the form without logging in.
You will receive a reply to the e-mail address indicated in the Your e-mail field usually by:
- 1-2 hours if the request is handled by support or a technician,
- 1 working day from another department,
depending on the workload and the complexity of the request.
These times are approximate only.
Location of the contact form
The form is best accessed in the details of the service to which the enquiry relates. General questions should be sent from the customer administration.
Service detail
If you open the form from the service detail, the system pre-fills the identifying information, making it easier for support to find the problem or solution.
Follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select a service category from the top menu.
- Select the specific service you want to address from the list.
- In the service details, click the lifeline icon next to the service name.

Customer administration
Send a general enquiry by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select My Account Customer from the top menu.
- Click on the contact form link below the customer details.

Form without login
You can use the form without logging into the customer administration. In this case, however, the requests sent by it will not be authorized.

Where can I find direct chat with support?
You can access the chat via the chat icon (to the left of the form icon) in the service details.
