This article explains how to pay using:
Credit Account
With the Credit Account, you pay for orders using credit topped up in advance. With an active Credit Account, you can:
- Pay for orders instantly with one click, without waiting for payment receipt and processing.
- Place bulk orders.
- Renew services automatically.
- Place orders through WAPI (WEDOS API).

Bank transfer
A bank transfer within the Czech Republic and its processing take 1-2 business days. We do not accept payment confirmations. If you are in a hurry, choose payment online.
We provide bank account details for EUR and CZK. Find the account number and other payment details in the billing documents.
When entering details manually, take particular care to copy the payment reference (variable symbol) and amount exactly, including the fractional amount. Avoid rounding or combining multiple payments into one.
Incorrect payment details usually delay processing by up to several business days. If we cannot identify and match the payment in time, we return it.
Using a QR code in administration gives your bank’s system the exact transfer details, but it is not an online payment. After the payment is received and processed with the correct payment reference, you will receive confirmation by email.
Online payments
To pay for an order using an online payment method, follow these steps:
- Open the payment details using the email link or Customer Administration, as described in the guide Billing – Order Payments.
- In the form Payment method selection select your chosen payment method.
- Confirm your selection with the button continue.
- Follow the GoPay payment gateway instructions.
All online payments are technically handled by the payment intermediary GoPay ⧉.
Payment card
Accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron and Maestro credit and debit cards. After successful authorization, payment processing takes about 10 minutes.
Platit kartou můžete pouze, má-li Vaše karta povoleno platit přes Internet (e-commerce). Informujte se u své banky. Některé karty tyto platby vůbec nepodporují, jiné mohou mít tuto službu deaktivovanou a musíte platby po Internetu nejprve povolit.
Express transfer
We support express payments (usually within 1 hour) from these banks:
- Czech Republic: Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank, mBank, ČSOB, ERA.
- Slovakia: Slovenská sporiteľňa, UniCredit Bank, Tatra banka, VÚB banka, Poštová banka, Československá obchodná banka.
- Poland: Getin, Blik, Noble Bank, Bank Millennium, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Bank Pekao S.A., SGB Bank, BNP Paribas Polska, Santander Bank Polska, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, DnB Nord Bank, Bank Pocztowy, Bank BGŻ, FM Bank, mBank, Alior Bank, Citi Handlowy, IDEA Bank, IKO, Inteligo, Bank PKO BP, Plus Bank, ING Bank Śląski, PBS Bank, Bank BPH, Raiffeisen Polbank, T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe, Toyota Bank, Volkswagen Bank.
For a fast payment from Fio banka, use a standard bank transfer.
When using express payment, the system prompts you to log in to the selected bank’s online banking and then confirm the order summary.
Paysafecard
Paysafecard is a prepaid card for online payments. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
GoPay wallet
You can also use GoPay as a virtual wallet. You can add funds by bank transfer, for example. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
Bitcoin
A BTC transfer from your wallet for an amount corresponding to your order’s currency value. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
We currently do not accept other cryptocurrencies.
Google Pay
Google Pay makes it easy to pay using a card saved in your Google account. After successful authorization, payment processing takes 10 minutes.
Paying for orders using Google Pay is secure. Google Pay does not share your card details and sends only a unique encrypted number.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay makes it easy to pay using a card saved in Apple Wallet. After successful authorization, payment processing takes 10 minutes.
Apple Pay uses a device-specific number and a unique transaction code for order payments. Apple never stores the payment card number. It also requires verification using Face ID or Touch ID.
The payment gateway for this method works only in Safari.
