Common issues

Common Credit Account issues include:

Billing details cannot be changed

Problem: Administration displays: Billing details can no longer be changed because accounting documents already exist for this Credit Account.

Cause: The billing department must review the Credit Account manually before its billing details can be changed.

Solution: Request a change to Credit Account billing details using the form ⧉. Provide the new details. The billing department will normally resolve the matter with you within 1 business day.

The payment request does not match the credit entered

Problem: The amount on the payment request is higher than the credit amount entered in the form.

Cause: The amount you enter in the form excludes VAT, which the system adds afterward.

Solution: Pay the exact amount specified in the request. If VAT has been charged incorrectly, contact us using the form ⧉.
