In this article you will learn:
Sorting Email Using Folders
By default, WebMail contains separate folders for incoming mail, drafts, sent messages, spam and trash. Inside each of these folders, or on its own, you can create a new folder and move messages into it manually or automatically using an incoming mail filter.
Creating a New Folder
To create a new folder or subfolder, follow these steps:
- Log in to the WebMail ⧉.
- Go to Settings.
- In the left menu, select Folders.
- Click the Create.
- Fill in the settings and confirm by clicking Save.

You can set the following for the folder:
- Folder name.
- Parent folder. By selecting the option – – – you create the folder outside of all other folders.
- List view mode. You can choose either List, which shows each message individually, or Threads, which groups messages and their replies together.
Emptying a Folder
You can empty a folder, which means moving all of its emails to Trash. This also applies to subfolders of Trash. The only exception is Trashitself, from which emptying deletes the emails permanently.
- Log in to the WebMail ⧉.
- Go to Settings.
- In the left menu, select Folders.
- In the list, select the folder you want to empty.
- Click the Empty.

Deleting a Folder
Deleting a folder completely removes all emails that the folder contains.
Follow the same steps as for emptying a folder, but instead of Empty select the following option in the last step: Delete.
