What do you want to do with the emails?
New e-mail box
The instructions assume that you have a Webhosting ⧉ or Mailhosting ⧉ service set up.
Log in to the customer administration and visit the link to set up your mailbox:
From the list, select the service on which you want to set up the new mailbox.

Fill in the following information in the form:
- Mailbox name: Text before the call sign, e.g. info or billing.
- Password: A secure password containing upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. For a password that meets all the conditions, you will see the message Password is valid.
- Confirm: Re-enter the password to reduce the likelihood of a typo.
Click Create mailbox.

Done! 🎉
The system usually sets up the mailbox within a few minutes.
WebMail email client
You can also manage emails through your own email clients on your computer and phone. For more information, see the article for Advanced Email - SMTP, POP3 and IMAP.
Visit the link webmail.wedos.net ⧉.
Enter the following as your login details:
- User: The full name of the email account you are logging into, e.g. info@vedos.cz.
- Password: Current mailbox password. If it doesn't work, go to Change mailbox password.

Change your mailbox password
It can take up to 15 minutes to change your mailbox password in the system.
Visit the link to manage your service mailboxes:
From the list, select the service containing the mailbox whose password you want to change.

In the list of mailboxes, open the detail of the specific mailbox whose password you want to change.

In the mailbox details, fill in the Password field to include upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. For a password that meets all the conditions, you will see the message Password is valid.
Enter the same password in the Confirm field.
Click the Save Changes button.

Done! 🎉
The mailbox password change will take effect within 15 minutes.
Increase space for emails
The increase in space for emails will take effect within 30 minutes of activation.
Visit the link to manage the service add-on:
From the list, select the service whose mailbox space you want to increase.

Select the number of activations in the management interface for the 5 GB Email Space Increase add-on service (each activation increases the total mailbox capacity by 5 GB).
Confirm the selection with the Activate button.

The increase in space for emails will take effect within 30 minutes.
