Customer account details
Customer account details have no effect on the details of the services contained therein. If you need to change billing information or service owner/operator information, please follow the instructions below.
Visit the link corresponding to the requested change:
Complete the appropriate form and save your changes.
Instructions for completing the form can be found directly on the relevant pages.

The changes will take effect within a few minutes at the latest.

Billing information
Changing the billing information will cancel the currently issued service extension payment request (if any) and issue a new one with a new variable symbol.
The change in billing information described here is permanent and will be applied by the system to the currently issued and all future service calls.
The billing details of orders already paid (invoices and tax documents) cannot be changed.
Log in to the customer administration and open the list of services:
Each type of service has separate billing information. So if you want to make a change, for example for a domain and its Webhosting, open the links for both service types.
Check the services whose billing information you want to change in the list.
At the bottom of the table, then select Change customer details (billing details) and click the Perform button.

Fill in the form with your current details and confirm them on the next page.
The system sends all accounting documents automatically only to the specified primary E-mail.
If your invoice is processed by an external accountant, i.e. a person other than the one listed as the customer, we recommend that you fill in their email in the Email 2 field.
If an unauthorized person requests that billing documents be sent to E-mail or E-mail 2, Support may comply. We never send billing documents to addresses other than those listed.

If there is an unpaid call for payment for a service, the system will cancel it and send a new one with new data, including a new variable symbol.

Domain Owner
The instructions below describe how to edit the domain owner contact in the registry.
Registries do not allow a change in the name (company) of a domain contact and view it as a change in the domain owner. In this case, please follow the instructions in Domains - Change of Owner.
Log in to the customer administration and open the link to select the domain ⧉.
From the list, select the domain for which you want to edit the owner contact.
If other domains use a contact with the same identifier, the change is applied to all of them.

In the Information table, find Contact Owner, and then click the domain contact name (identifier).

In the info/edit contact interface, have the domain contact's email sent to their authorization password. Copy this into the box and click Edit/Show hidden data.
After clicking the send password link, you will be prompted to enter the captcha code and confirm the password request by clicking the Send Authorization Password button.

Edit the details on the form and tick the consents.
You cannot change the name or company of the contact in this way. Create a new contact with the current details and change the domain owner.
Confirm your edits by clicking the Submit button.
Done! 🎉
Changes to contact details will usually take effect within hours (depending on how quickly the registry processes the request).

Service provider
Log in to the customer administration and open the link according to the type of service:
From the list, select the service for which you want to edit or change the operator.

In the Edit Service Provider Details section at the bottom of the page, make the required changes.
If you are changing your company, name, surname, email, phone number, or ID number, please also choose how to confirm the changes.
- The change is confirmed by both the original and new operator using email and SMS: select if both the original and new operator have access to email and the phones are able to display the SMS with the verification code.
- The change will be confirmed by the original and the new operator with a certified signature: you can make the change without the above mentioned accesses. You can send the form for official verification to any email you specify in the field in this option.

Follow the instructions for the selected method to confirm:
- For email and SMS confirmation, click on the link in the email and enter the email and SMS code on that page.
- In case of confirmation by certified signatures, print and fill in the form. Do the official verification and send the document by post to:

Changes to contact details will be reflected within 1 hour of authorisation completion. The system will issue and send a new processing contract.
