This guide addresses the ways in which you can pay for your order. For information on how to obtain payment information and troubleshoot problems, see the Invoicing - Order Payments tutorial.
In this article you will learn how to make a payment by methods:
Advance account
With an imprest account, you pay for orders from a pre-loaded credit. With an active deposit account you can:
- Pay orders instantly with one click (no waiting for payment to be received and processed).
- Make bulk orders.
- Extend services automatically.
- Order via WAPI (WEDOS API).

Bank transfer
Transfer to a bank account within the Czech Republic and its processing takes 1-2 working days. We do not accept confirmation of payment. If you are in a hurry, please choose to pay online.
We provide bank connections in EUR and CZK. Please refer to the invoice documents for the account number and other payment details.
When entering the data manually, pay particular attention to the exact copying of the variable symbol and the amount of the payment (including cents). Avoid rounding the amount or adding multiple payments into one.
Incorrectly entering your payment details will usually delay payment processing by up to several working days. If we are unable to identify and allocate the payment in time, we will refund it.
By using the QR code in the administration, your bank's system will obtain the exact data to enter the transfer, but it is not an online payment. Once the payment is received and processed with the correct variable symbol, you will receive a confirmation email.
Online payments
When paying for your order with one of the online payments, please follow these steps:
- Access the payment details using the link in the email or from the customer administration by following the instructions Billing - Order Payment.
- In the Payment Method Selection form, check the payment method you selected.
- Confirm the selection with the continue button.
- Follow the instructions of the GoPay payment gateway.
All online payments are technically handled by GoPay ⧉.
Payment card
Accepts VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electron and Maestro credit and debit cards. After successful authorization, payment processing takes about 10 minutes.
You can only pay by card if your card is enabled for Internet payments (e-commerce). Check with your bank. Some cards do not support these payments at all, others may have this service deactivated and you need to enable Internet payments first.
Fast conversion
We support fast (usually within 1 hour) payments from these banks:
- Czech Republic: Česká spořitelna, Komerční banka, Raiffeisenbank, mBank, ČSOB, ERA.
- Slovakia: slovenská sporiteľňa, UniCredit Bank, Tatra banka, VÚB banka, Poštová banka, Československá obchodná banka.
- Poland: Getin, Blik, Noble Bank, Bank Millennium, Bank Ochrony Środowiska, Bank Pekao S.A, SGB Bank, BNP Paribas Polska, Santander Bank Polska, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, DnB Nord Bank, Bank Pocztowy, Bank BGŻ, FM Bank, mBank, Alior Bank, Citi Handlowy, IDEA Bank, IKO, Inteligo, Bank PKO BP, Plus Bank, ING Bank Śląski, PBS Bank, Bank BPH, Raiffeisen Polbank, T-Mobile Usługi Bankowe, Toyota Bank, Volkswagen Bank.
For a quick payment from Fio banka, use a regular bank transfer.
When you use Quick Payment, the system prompts you to log in to the online banking system of the selected bank and then confirm the order summary.
Paysafecard
Paysafecard is a prepaid card that you can use to pay online. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
GoPay wallet
You can also use GoPay as a virtual wallet. For example, you can top up your money by transferring money from your account. It takes up to 10 minutes to process your payment.
BitCoin
Transfer BTC from your wallet in the amount proportional to the currency of your order. Payment processing takes up to 10 minutes.
We do not accept other cryptocurrencies at this time.
Google Pay
Google Pay makes it easy to pay with a card stored in your Google Account. After successful authorization, the payment takes 10 minutes to process.
Paying for orders with Google Pay is secure. Google Pay does not share your card information and only sends a unique encrypted number.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay makes it easy to pay with a card stored in Apple Wallet. After successful authorization, it takes 10 minutes to process the payment.
Paying for orders with Apple Pay uses a specific device number and a unique transaction code at checkout. Apple never stores your credit card number. In addition, it requires Face ID or Touch ID authentication.
The payment gateway for this method only works in Safari.
