Payment of the issued payment request

You can access the detail either by following the link in the email with the subject line Call for payment [order number] or in the customer administration with the following steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select Billing from the top menu.
- Select Orders from the left menu.
- In the overview, click on the order number you want to pay from the imprest account.
- In the details section, click on the link to pay from the imprest account.

Automatic payment for services
For services, you can set up automatic credit payment. The procedure can be found in the Administration - Service behavior before expiration.
If you do not have enough credit in your backup account to automatically extend your service 10 days before expiration, the system will send you a notification. It then attempts to automatically extend the service every day until it expires.
After the service expires, the system no longer attempts to automatically renew. To renew the service, you must manually set up a new period and pay the generated call for payment in the normal way or from a (topped-up) deposit account. In this case, please follow the instructions in the chapter Paying an invoice.
An automatic payment cannot be cancelled. If you do not wish to renew automatically, turn off automatic renewal, manually renew or cancel the service.
Common problems
Common problems with payments from an imprest account include:
Automatic payment did not take place
Problem: The payment for the service has not been debited from the deposit account.
Cause: the causes of this problem can vary from service settings (the service must be set to auto-renew) to a lack of credit in the backup account (the system will notify you by email if the payment has failed).
Solution: Extend the service manually and pay the call for payment from the imprest account according to the chapter Reimbursement of the issued invoice.
Prevent this from happening again by checking your automatic service extension settings (including folders, if you use them) and ensuring you have enough credit.
Cancellation of automatic payment
Problem: There was an automatic payment that we didn't want to make, how can we cancel it?
Solution: Automatic payment cannot be reversed. If you have accidentally extended your service in this way, cancel it. If it was a hosting service, as part of your termination, request to transfer the remaining service period to another hosting service, if you have one. Payment for domains cannot be refunded in any way. In other cases, please contact us via the form ⧉. Problems are usually resolved by the billing department within 1 business day.
Frequently Asked Questions
What amount will you deduct from my credit when I pay for the service? With or without VAT?
You pay VAT when you top up your credit, so the system deducts amounts from your credit for service payments that are equivalent to the prices without VAT.
