- In the left menu, select Application Installer.
Then uninstall as follows:

- In the installation list, click the magnifying glass icon beside the installation you want to remove.
- In application details, click the gray button Uninstall.
- Confirm uninstallation with the green button Yes, uninstall.

Uninstalling via FTP
Perform this part after uninstalling the application in Customer Administration:
- Use an FTP client (such as webFTP ⧉) to connect to hosting.
- In the folder www/domains delete the application folder (the corresponding domain).
For instructions on working with files via FTP, see the article Webhosting – File Management.
Common issues
Common application uninstallation problems include:
Unable to delete files
Problem: When deleting the old website folder from FTP, an error appears or undeleted files and folders remain on the server.
Cause: This may be a file permission problem or an FTP error.
Solution: First, repair file permissions using this guide and wait 10 minutes. Then try deleting again.
If you still cannot delete files, or cannot log in to the account at all, create a temporary FTP account for Support and contact us ⧉. Include the Webhosting name, the FTP account name (e.g. domena.tld) used to log in (e.g. w123456_spravce), the name of the folder you are trying to delete, and the error message.
Frequently asked questions
Why can I not install another application after uninstalling one?
Make sure you removed the entire previous installation folder from FTP. For other problems installing a new application, follow the guide Webhosting – Application Installer.
We accidentally uninstalled an application. How can we restore it?
Uninstalling in Administration deletes the database; you delete FTP files manually. If you have an application backup, restore it, or request our backup. In either case, follow this website backup guide.
