Conditions for cancelling a customer account
To cancel a customer account, ensure that you do not have:
Uncompleted service orders
If you have incomplete domain orders in your account, cancel them according to the Service - Termination instructions. For cancellation of other orders, please contact customer support via the form ⧉. Please provide the names and types of services you wish to cancel.
Active services
Active services, including expired services, prevent account deletion. You can delete them in the following ways:
- By transferring the service to the new owner according to these instructions. If you don't want to transfer the service completely, just move it to another customer account.
- By terminating the Services in accordance with these instructions. Terminating a service will not delete it immediately, but it will significantly reduce the time between expiration and deletion (for more info, see Services - Expiration).
Among the services that prevent cancellation of a customer account are DNS records. These cannot be terminated like other services. If you do not want to move them to another customer account (they are usually moved automatically with the domain), remove them with the following steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Click DNS in the top menu.
- Select the domain whose DNS you want to delete.
- Click Delete and confirm in the pop-up window.

Deleting DNS records can limit the functionality of a domain. Make sure that the domain itself is down or using another provider's DNS.
Balance in the imprest account
Please contact us via the form ⧉ to reset your backup account. Requests are usually dealt with by the billing department within 1 working day.
Customer account cancellation
Cancel the customer account by following these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Click on My Account Customer in the top menu.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Account Cancellation.
- Click the Send Authorization Password button.
- Check your email (including the SPAM folder) and open the message containing the authorization password.
- Fill in the password in the form, tick the cancellation consent and click on the Cancel account button.

We can't terminate services immediately, just keep the turnaround time to a minimum. Terminate services in the normal way and then send a request for immediate termination of services via the ⧉ form. Immediate cancellation of domains is charged according to the price list. We may terminate hosting services (not domains) on the date of request, after which expiration rules apply.
