Sending documents by e-mail
To change the rules for sending payment prompts and notifications, follow the instructions in Administration - Service behavior before expiration. If you do not want to extend the service further, terminate it by following the instructions in Services - Termination.
By default, the system sends a payment request well in advance to the service's billing email. If you cannot find the prompt even in your spam folder, check and possibly edit the billing information according to the Service - Billing Information instructions.
By changing your billing information, you cancel the currently issued payment request. The system will issue and send a new one with the current data and a new order number (variable symbol for payment) within half an hour.
The advance period with which we send payment requests is 10 - 30 days depending on the type of service and the length of the billing period. This is to limit the risk of service interruptions in the event of email or payment complications.
Once the system successfully receives and processes the payment, it issues and sends the invoice and tax document again to the service's billing e-mail.

To download the billing documents for a specific service (in PDF format), follow these steps:
- Log in to the customer administration ⧉.
- Select the service type from the top menu.
- In the overview, select the service whose documents you want to download.
- Select Billing Overview from the left menu.
- Click on the order number to view a list of available documents.

Frequently Asked Questions
I'm missing some accounting documents, will you send them to me?
First, check your email, specifically the messages received on the date the payment was received. We automatically send the tax receipt and final invoice to the billing email specified in the order on the date payment is received.
If you do not find them in the mail, download them from the customer administration according to the instructions in the chapter Getting documents in the customer administration.
What should I do if I don't receive my documents by email?
Check your spam mail. If they are not there, check and correct the service billing information if necessary.
How do I set up additional addresses for sending accounting documents?
Our system sends documents automatically only to the billing address. If you want to forward them to other people, set up a forwarding filter, for example, according to the instructions WebMail - Automatic forwarding of messages.
How can I share my billing in the customer administration?
Add permissions to the user you want to share the invoice with, following the instructions in Administration - Permitted Users.
